Complete a quick 5-minute questionnaire.
During your initial consultation, attorney will present several options (flat fee) for your estate plan.
Take time to decide which option is best for your situation. Once you are ready to proceed, contact attorney for a planning session to hash out the details.
Planning session with attorney via video conferencing. (May schedule several planning sessions as needed)
You will receive a package in the mail which includes a lengthy questionnaire to complete and return prior to your planning session.
Return signed engagement agreement and disclosures.
Pay a nonrefundable deposit.
Go over the drafted documents for approval.
Sign your papers. (Sign papers with attorney in Los Angeles or Orange County locations)
If you are unable to meet attorney for an in-person signing, your completed estate plan may be mailed to you with detailed instructions for signing with a local notary public. In such instances, you are responsible for notary fees and recording of the trust deed.
